Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at herparade.

The following returns policy is crafted in accordance with Consumer Laws which are overseen by authorities and are legal in all ways.

In case of dissatisfaction with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days. Ship it to our warehouse (shipping and handling charges are excluded).

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

All returned or exchanged items must fulfill following:

  • Must be returned within 30 Days of purchase date.
  • Items must be in new condition.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Packaging Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all the accessories.
  • Ship back returned items(s) via insured ground service (UPS, FedEx or DHL) with the tracking number of your order. Shipping charges for returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible and will not compensate for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Parts of the item are missing, damaged or broken.
  • Any signs of wear and tear.
  • Washed, worn, misused, or items outside the 30-day warranty time-period.
  • Shipping fees for returning the goods are at the customer’s own expense.

If you find any noticeable differences or damages when you received your purchased item(s), or if you received the wrong item, please refer to the What to do if there is a discrepancy with your order(s).
