How can I get in touch with Customer Care?

We're available on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Please keep in mind that we are closed on holidays and weekends.

What quality is the products?

Many of our products are made of the best quality material.

How long does it take for you to reply to my query?

Around peak traffic periods, we have a high number of customer service calls, but we will, however, try to respond within 12 hours. Based on public holidays and weekends, responding time may change.

How do I return an item?

How do I know when you have received my return?

When a customer's return is made, it is handled right away. When your return is complete, you will receive an email with your return address.


Can I change my order?

If you need to make immediate changes to your order, please contact us within one working day with the changes and your order number. If the email is received by 10 p.m. AEST, we will make all effort to make any modifications, but if the parcel has already been delivered, changes are not possible. Your order is subject to the returns policy until payment has been processed and your order has been delivered. Please keep in mind that if an order leaves our warehouse, it becomes the property of the delivery company, and modifications to the address are not possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. All updates can be sent to info.herparade@gmail.com.

Will my desired item be restocked if it is no longer available on the website?

If you are interested in purchasing an object that is no longer available on the website, please email our team at info.herparade@gmail.com.com and we will let you know when it will be restocked.
