⭐How does the subscription renewals work?

How it works:
• You pay for your first month today at check-out, which will launch your subscription

• Renewals bill on the 5th each month for the upcoming monthly drop.

• Join by the 15th to receive this month’s envelope.

• Join from the 16th to the 5th to receive next month’s envelope.

• We pause sign-ups 6th to~9th each month while we print, pack & post.

Current cycle:
• Join up to 15 Nov → November 2025 envelope.
• Join 16 Nov–5 Dec → December 2025 envelope.
• Join ~10 Dec–5 Jan → January 2026 envelope.

⭐When should I join by?

• Join by the 15th → you’ll get this month’s envelope (1st November letter).
• Join from the 16th to the 5th → you’ll get next month’s envelope (2nd December letter).
• We close subscriptions from the 6th to ~9th for packing and reopen around the 10th for the following month.

⭐Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide shipping via letter mail at no extra charge.

⭐ If I need to cancel my subscription, when do I need to cancel by?

You can cancel anytime, but to avoid being charged for the next month’s envelope, you must cancel before the 5th of the month.
Because renewals run on the morning of the 5th, cancellations made on or after this date will apply to the following month.

You can cancel anytime through your subscription portal.

Simply click “Manage Subscription” from your order confirmation email or log into your account and go to “Manage Subscriptions.”

To avoid next month’s charge, please cancel before the 5th of the month.
