Finding time for self-care can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be. Founder, Jess, has done the hard part and has picked the best natural, vegan and cruelty free skincare products to make you feel like a Greek goddess, super mum, or total boss babe every day (hey - why not all three?).

Here are her tips:
1) Wear Sunscreen
Do not skip this crucial step just because your not seeing or feeling the sun. Even though the sun may not feel as strong, damaging UV rays are still hitting your exposed skin, reducing ceramide levels and preventing skin from holding onto moisture.
2) Keep your water bottle within eyesight
Do you find you tend to drink less water in winter ?. Have your water bottle with you at all times as a gentle reminder to keep up the intake. Try starting your morning with a warm glass of lemon water and great digestive kickstart too. Try to drink as much water as you do on a hot day to keep your cells, and skin, well hydrated.
3) Invest in a humidifier
Using a humidifier in your home or office will add moisture to dry winter air and help keep your skin hydrated. Run a humidifier in the rooms you spend the most time in, including your bedroom.
4) Modify your skincare routine for the season
Depending on your skin type and concerns you may need to switch to a rich cream moisturiser for the winter especially at night. Avoid products with alcohols and other drying ingredients.
5) Turn it down in the shower
Yes the cool weather makes it super tempting to crank up the hot water but this will only strip the skins natural oils and leave you worse off. Be sure to apply a moisture-rich body cream or lotion after you're done.
In conclusion...
Implementing these simple steps and choosing products to suit the season will keep you and your skin happy this winter.
